Our Story

Clayton Fulgham, a Mississippi State University alumnus and former track and field athlete, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. With a strong foundation in engineering principles and a competitive spirit, Clayton now leads our data processing and management team. His expertise ensures that our data is meticulously processed, analyzed, and translated into actionable insights, driving the success of every project.

Roy Stovall, a native of Oklahoma, holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Leadership from Oklahoma State University. His career includes valuable experience as an Extension Agent for Mississippi State University, where he applied his expertise to community outreach and agricultural education. Roy also served as an Activities Manager and Retreat Coordinator at Sky Ranch Cave Springs, honing his leadership and event management skills. Outside of work, Roy enjoys spending quality time with his wife, friends, and their two dogs.

Coby Bell is a dedicated professional with a passion for data collection, which he leverages to drive informed decision-making. When he's not analyzing data, you can find him hitting the road on his bike, lifting weights in the gym, or exploring new destinations through his love of travel. Hardworking and always striving for excellence, Coby brings enthusiasm and a strong work ethic to everything he does.

David Fulgham, our logistics manager, is the driving force behind TerraOptx. With 36 years of industry experience and a master’s degree in Urban Forestry from Mississippi State University, he leads our team with unmatched dedication and expertise. David’s leadership and deep knowledge provide invaluable insight across all of our projects, ensuring that we consistently deliver exceptional results.
